| ★ I have the right to decline a commission if the commission is something I am uncomfortable or unexperienced in drawing. |
| ★ For Personal Use only, you're not allowed to use it for any commercial uses or can claim it as your own. Unless stated otherwise. |
| ★ It is STRICTLY prohibited that my art will be FEED OR USED IN AI IN ANY FORMS. and for any profits on non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency. |
| ★ NSFW COMMISSIONS - You are required to provide an official ID to prove your are 18+ of age to be able to order/commission artwork. If you are unable to provide any valid ID's to confirm your age I will not be working with you. |
| ★ DO's NSFW/Suggestive Artwork, OC's, Furry, Human, Humanoids, Monsters etc. |
| ★ DONT's Cyborg / Mecha characters and Offensive / Hate art |
| ★ PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal, KO-FI or GCASH (for local clients) |
| ★ Payment under $10 USD or 500 PHP, must be paid in full due to fee deductions |
| ★ REFUNDS: Client can not refund the money once the commission has been started. Especially when the commission is already on its rendering or shading stage. |
| ★ If there has been an personal emergency issue that has happened I will be messaging you about it, most likely the artwork will be delayed by its deadline, so the client can choose to refund or wait for their commissioned art. |
| Progress Updates |

| ★ I will be sending the following PROGRESS/PROCESS according to the commission given. |
| ★ Revisions and corrections will be done each progress, once the final pose or style is finalize by the CLIENT any corrections will no longer be allowed so please take time to check the artwork or ASK me about anything. |
| ★ Revisions are open, it will be a MAX 5 revisions anything further than that will be an additional fee, so please take time to give your feedback for changes and such. |

| ★ The price will vary: 2x, 3x or 5x from its given base price. It would still depend on what kind of monetized usage the client will be using the commission such as: |
